The spoken word is instantly translated into readable text using a shorthand machine or human-generated voice-to-text system. This captioning can be delivered via a computer, tablet, smart phone, or any
device with a browser. 
If you are streaming your event live to Facebook or YouTube, the captioner can stream captions live for the event to a YouTube ingestion link or to
Facebook Live produced with Wirecast or Tricaster.  The recording will also
have live captions.
